How the program works
To help you understand the science behind your brain, you’ll get access to six digestible video lessons. You can watch them at your own pace, whenever it works for you.
To help you turn insight into action, I’ll host weekly coaching calls where we’ll dive deeper into the topics and apply them to your real life. You'll also get guided exercises to support your progress.
To give you a safe space for questions, connection, and support, you’ll have access to a private online group where you can share wins, challenges, and encouragement with others in the program.
Why learn with me?
I’m Carmen, a professional ADHD coach (ICF ACC, ACO-recognized) with extensive training in ADHD neuroscience and coaching for professionals.
I created Rewired to Rise to bridge the gap between understanding ADHD and actually living well with it. This program brings together what I wish I'd known in my own journey: science, structure, and self-kindness.
The core lessons in this series were piloted inside the Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group I founded and led at DHL Group—a global community of professionals with lived neurodivergent experience.
Over the past years, these tools have helped thousands of people across 50+ countries feel more empowered, understood, and supported at work and in life.
